    Producto GmbH (“Producto”) operates “Shopudio.com”, a product and price comparison portal. Users searching for consumer products can obtain information about product features and price offers from various online retailers. Shopudio itself is not a marketplace or a seller. Purchases or orders are always made on the websites of the linked online retailers. The following General Terms and Conditions contain the fundamental rules for using the service. Any deviating terms of the users do not apply.

  2. Definitions and User Eligibility
